NL Services specialises in all aspects of high access works predominantly abseil window cleaning, façade pressure washing, façade inspections, use of boom lifts or BMU’s and all aspects in height safety anchor certification and installs. We also provide inaccessible electrical works i.e. signage and lighting via rope access.

We are reliable and you will be talking directly to the people doing the work as we are all hands on, so you don’t have to ring through multiple contacts like you do with the larger companies to get an answer.

Staff are all briefed prior to the job so we turn up ready to go with all the right equipment. No job is too hard for us, unless there are safety issues which I would address with you directly.

We have an excellent relationship with all our current Building Mangers, Strata management companies, facility management company’s and body corporate contracts. None of our work is subcontracted out so you will be dealing with myself or someone in my operations team from beginning to completion of the works cutting out multiple margins being added by other parties like some other larger companies do.

We currently have multiple body corporate/strata management contracts including MICM, MIRVAC, Whittles, FMV and others. Our work ranges from small up to big towers like freshwater place residential tower, and many Commercial buildings 664 Collins Street Docklands, 90 Collins Street to name a few.
